Have you been feeling tired, achy, super emotional, confused, almost like if you are battling your inner thoughts? In battle with things of your past, old behavior patterns, self esteem?
Just know that you are not alone. There IS a huge shift happening in the UNIVERSE, an intense rush of energy. Energy that is pushing those of us who love GOD and know that we are "children of light" to STEP OUR GAME UP and stop blaming others for the things happening in our cypher.
The pressure you/we are feeling is to be LOVE, PEACE and COMPASSION in an age/time where folks are running wild with no solid ground below them. WE HAVE TO BE THE SOLID GROUND.
Violence is at an all-time high and it's because GOD is not at the forefront of peoples thoughts. GOD has become the one we call on when things are bad and off.
I ask you to take a moment today and be a piece of LIGHT in this dark, doggy dog world.

Be LOVE, PEACE, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING AND GENTLE.

Your good vibrations count more than ever in this shift. We have the power to take the Earth back by respecting it and teaching others how to do it also. Respect is the key.

Me: GREAT MORNING STAR!
As I lose inches, pounds, guilt, shame, depression, low self esteem and years of bad habits, I am able to reflect on the empathy, discipline and courage that it takes to transform myself.
Temptation seeks to drain and disorient you. Grab temptation by the horns today, speak authority over it, and walk in faith knowing that it is handled in Jesus name.
Being authentic, being in integrity, leading by example and choosing wisely have been the keys to becoming successful in this lifestlyle shift. God, juicing, vitamins, eletrolytes, hydrofit and bikram have become the center of my universe.
I do NOT want to take this life for granted, or continue to torture my soul with non-sense that will distract me from my purpose or sharing of my godly gifts.
Today I challenge you to step your game up in whatever area you are struggling in/with. Love YOURSELF through it, PRAY and take it one day at a time!

Buenos Dias! Oh what a beautiful morning! We are  precious to the Creator no matter what we have done or how we have shown up. It's all about acknowledging your fall and wanting to restore your relationship with HIM.
THE PAST IS THE PAST!
If you think about His unconditional love for us, His forgiving heart, His mercy and the peace that comes from knowing Him... YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FORGIVE YOURSELF AND MOVE ON! Being in the RIGHT NOW, IN THIS MOMENT, is the stepping stone to living a full life. I believe that every second is an opportunity to START OVER.
Truly forgive yourself today, thank God for the opportunity, and focus on what you want. YOU CHOOSE.
NO ONE CAN CHOOSE FOR YOU!

Great morning! Today I am challenging myself to a new journey. I will be doing Bikram Yoga for the first time. Bikram is HOT, HOT, HOT Yoga (105 degrees). I encourage you to do something new, something, anything that will upgrade your life. Try breaking a habit that is consuming you. It is all a PROCESS. It's about the journey, NOT the destination.
